Can I hire him if I already have the visa?
Yes, although in that case the Welcome Pack fits you better, which covers you from your arrival. If you haven't requested it yet, this pack includes all the processing. In the first call we'll see which one works for you.
What if my visa is denied?
We work to prevent that from happening: we review your documentation before submitting and only apply when the file is solid. If it is still denied, we will explain the reason and what options you have. The conditions are detailed in our refund policy.
What documents do you require based on my country?
It depends on your nationality. Australia classifies countries by immigration risk tiers, and that changes whether you have to prove financial funds or not. New Zealand and Ireland have their own criteria. On the first call, we will tell you exactly what you need.
How much can I work with the student visa?
In Australia, 48 hours per fortnight during the academic term and unlimited during official holidays. In New Zealand, 25 hours per week. In Ireland, 20 hours during the academic period and 40 during holidays.
Can I bring my partner or my children?
In Australia yes, in the other destinations no. In Australia, the student visa allows you to include dependents, although the funds that must be proven and the documentation change, in case they ask for it. We handle it the same way: what changes is the budget.
Is there anyone from Australian Way in the city I'm going to?
We have our own team in Sydney, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Byron, Auckland, and Dublin, and contacts in all other cities. We will tell you who your contact person is before you travel.
