Your arrival resolved
Arriving in a new country involves five or six procedures that nobody explains to you and that, if done on your own, take up two weeks of your time. With the Welcome Pack, we will sort them out with you, in person, upon your arrival at your destination.
You don't need to come with us
It doesn't matter who processed your visa or if you did it yourself. If you already have it, this pack is for you.

What visa are you arriving with?
What you need upon landing changes depending on your visa. That's why there are three versions.
Student visa
Add school enrollment, tax ID for work, and check of your mandatory health insurance.
Work and Holiday
Add tax ID, CV in local format, and work contacts to start as soon as possible.
Tourist visa
No work paperwork. Landing, accommodation, SIM, and city plan to make the most of your time.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I hire you if I came with another agency?
Yes. The Welcome Pack does not depend on who processed your visa. If you already have it approved, it doesn't matter if you did it yourself, with another agency, or with an immigration agent.
What if I have already been in the country for a few weeks?
Also, even though you will get less out of it. Airport pickup no longer applies and you have probably sorted out the phone. If you still have pending procedures, let us know and we will adjust what does work for you.
In which cities is it available?
With an in-person welcomer in Sydney, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Auckland, and Dublin. In all other cities in Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland, we assist you remotely and with local contacts.
With a tourist visa too?
Yes. The tourist version does not include work procedures, because that visa does not let you work, but it does include pickup, accommodation, SIM card, transportation, and the plan to make the most of your stay.
How long does the coaching last?
The bulk of it is your first three days. But your city group, the discounts, and the team support continue throughout your entire stay.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing. Your welcomer tracks your flight and adjusts. If you arrive at dawn or with a long delay, we reorganize the pickup and the first day.
