What if it expires while they are waiting for my response?
If you submit the application before your current visa expires, in Australia you receive a bridging visa: a bridging permit that allows you to stay in the country, and normally continue working, until your case is decided. You do not have to leave the country or stop working. That is why we insist so much on starting with plenty of time: applying on time is what activates that protection.

Can I renew if my visa has already expired?
It gets quite complicated, but it is not always impossible. It depends on how many days have passed and the country. Write to us as soon as possible: every day counts and options diminish quickly.
Do I have to leave the country to renew?
No. In all three destinations you can submit the application from within, as long as your current visa is still valid. That is precisely the reason not to wait until the last minute.
Can I keep working while waiting for the response?
In Australia, if you applied on time you receive a bridging visa that normally maintains your work conditions until they make a decision. In New Zealand and Ireland the mechanism is different and we review it in your specific case.
How long does it take to resolve?
It varies greatly depending on the country, the type of visa, and the time of year. That is why we recommend starting two or three months in advance: not so that it takes less time, but so that the waiting period does not catch you without a valid visa.
Can they deny it to me? And then what?
It can happen, although it is rare when the application file is well prepared. If it does happen, we will explain the reason to you and what deadlines you have to appeal or submit another application. We won't leave you alone at that moment.
Can I change schools or cities when renewing?
Yes. Many people take advantage of the renewal to change cities or move up a course level. We help you choose and, if you move, we transfer you to the group in your new city.
