While studying and working in Australia, things change. You are offered a sponsorship at the company where you work. You meet someone and you need a de facto visa. You finish a degree there and want to know if you can apply for a Skilled Visa.
All of that is no longer student paperwork: it is migration planning, and that requires a registered agent. We work with two MARA-certified agencies that assist in Spanish, and our students get a preferential rate.
Why it matters that they are registered with MARA
In Australia, migration advice can only be given by agents registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority, or licensed attorneys. It is a public record: anyone can check an agent's number before hiring them.
There are a lot of unregistered "immigration consultants" going around who charge to fill out forms and disappear if something goes wrong. If someone asks you for money to process a visa, ask for his MARA number. The two law firms we work with have it.

What is a MARA agent?
A migration agent registered with the relevant Australian authority. In Australia, only registered agents and licensed lawyers can legally provide immigration advice. Registration is public, and you can verify any agent's number.
Do I need an agent for my student visa?
No. The student visa application and its renewals are managed by us with you, at no additional cost. The migration agent comes in when we talk about sponsorship, partner visas, Skilled Visas, or permanent residency.
Can I make the inquiry from my country?
Yes. Both offices offer online consultations from anywhere in the world, and consultations are conducted in Spanish. The in-person option is available if you are in Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide.
Which of the two do I choose?

Does the consultation include visa processing?
No. It is an analysis and planning consultation: you leave with a clear, written plan. If you later decide to process it with them, they will quote that service separately.
